docs(cutejava): 重构项目文档结构

- 将各种数据库和中间件的配置文档移至 cutejava/docs/dockerenv 目录下
- 更新 README 中的组件截图路径
- 删除旧的控制器命名规范和警告文档
- 新增 @Validated 常用注解文档
